The unique guide on this foot rides along the fabric edge allowing you to sew exactly 1/4" from the fabric edge. Also great for ditch quilting. Sew “in the ditch” of a seam. The extended guide helps you stay in the seam while the machine stitches. It’s perfect for quilt tops and garment construction on waistbands, etc.
